Webinar: A Report from the January 2011 GI Cancers Symposium from Colorectal Cancer Coalition on Vimeo.
Thousands of gastrointestinal cancer doctors and researchers met in San Francisco in January at the 2011 Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium. The symposium is described as, “a meeting of top minds that translates scientific findings into clinical management.”
Edith Mitchell, MD, of Thomas Jefferson University Kimmel Cancer Center shared the most important information that came out of that meeting, including what current treatments will be impacted by the latest research and what new treatments are on the horizon.
