Promoting Colorectal Cancer Screening and Care

On March 24, 2009, C3: Colorectal Cancer Coalition and The National Coalition for Quality Colorectal Cancer Screening and Care (also known as Preventing Colorectal Cancer.Org) are pleased to host a special briefing on Capitol Hill entitled “The Cost of Failing To Treat The Preventable Cancer.”

The afternoon program will provide an overview of the many issues and opportunities in preventing and treating colorectal cancer. The briefing and reception will take place Tuesday, March 24th at 3 p.m. (ET) at the North Conference Room in the New Capitol Visitors’ Center, Washington, D.C.

Speakers invited to the March 24th afternoon event include:
• Steven J. Morris, MD, Board Chairman, the National Coalition for Quality Colorectal Cancer Screening and Care (also known as Preventing Colorectal Cancer.Org)
• Carlea Bauman President of C3: Colorectal Cancer Coalition
• Randall Madry, Executive Director of the National Coalition for Quality Colorectal Cancer Screening and Care (also known as Preventing Colorectal Cancer.Org).
