    Survivors in Washington, D.C.-area - see below for info about a PAID discussion group at George Washington University:

    Are you a colorectal cancer survivor?
    Are you willing to share your experiences?

    You are invited to join a research discussion group on care for cancer survivors  conducted by the George Washington University. Tell us about your personal  experiences after treatment (good and bad) to help us improve the care patients  are getting. Your opinions are important and we want to hear them!  

    We are looking for English-speaking participants who are:

    • Survivors of non-metastatic (cancer has not spread) colorectal cancer 
    • 1-5 years post diagnosis and have completed active treatment (surgery, radiation, chemotherapy) 
    • You can still participate if you are receiving hormonal therapy 
    • Diagnosed with cancer at 18 years or older 

    When: Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 

    Time: 6pm 

    Place: 2030 M Street NW, 4th floor, Room 4002, Washington, D.C. 20036 (1/2 mile from Farragut North Metro station) 

    You will receive a $50 gift card  in appreciation for your participation
