I have a concern. I pay for my own insurance since I am not 65 yet. Yearly, I do not meet my deductible (which is good for me). But Blue Cross/Blue Shield will not pay for the colon exam since it is not completed in the hospital. If I met my deductible they would pay for it. To me, this test is preventive maintenance. How can this be changed?
