		<description>Rob,

Your tribute to Lisa is beautiful;as was she. This moving remembrance takes me to the first time I met Lisa; about six years ago, when I attended my first Colon Cancer Alliance Conference, while still receiving chemotherapy.

How she inspired me! I felt that my Stage III diagnosis of colorectal cancer would not stand in my way but would open doors to causes and actions I could not imagine. Thus, I am here, with you and everyone from C3 advocating for funding, awareness, education.

You are an inspiration for me, too and I am glad we had the chance to talk at the March Call on Congress when I last saw Lisa. I did not want to think that it would be the last time I would talk communications, strategy and just the love of the active moment with her; somehow, inside, I knew.

We can do the work. We can continue what Lisa Dubow started and be guided by her spirit and her enormous contribution to colorectal cancer research.

I wish healing for all.

Deborah Kanter

		<description>Rob,

What a beautiful and loving tribute to an incredible woman. Lisa was fun, funny, passionate and wholly committed to this fight. I&#039;m grateful I got the chance to know her, too. Thank you for writing this.

		<description>Rob,

Thank you so much for posting your kind words. I am so glad you were there for each other. May her strength, energy and dedication now prevail among all of those living life to the fullest with this disease.

Most Sincerely,
