Bid on a Star — raise dollars for colorectal cancer research

Posted by Kate Murphy on September 8th, 2005

Katie Couric, Beyonce’ Knowleds, Sean “Diddy” Combs, and Michael Kors and Heidi Klum and other stars posed for portraits which they will autograph and sell on EBay to raise funds for colorectal cancer research through NCCRA — the National Colorectal Cancer Research Alliance.

NCCRA was founded by Katie Couric after her husband, Jay Monahan, died of colorectal cancer.

Photographer Timothy Greenfield-Sanders shot the portraits. They will be available on Ebay on Friday, September 9.
