Group Room Radio to Feature Gastrointestinal Cancers

Group Room LogoThe Group Room, a national cancer talk radio program, will feature gastrointestinal cancers on its July 13th show.  Following up on the recent American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting in Chicago, Selma Schimmel will interview two leading researchers in colorectal and pancreatic cancer and take telephone questions.

Sunday’s program will feature:

  • Dr. Heinz-Josef Lenz — Professor of Medicine, USC Keck School of Medicine, Director, USC/Norris Gastrointestinal Oncology Program, Scientific Director, USC/Norris Cancer Genetics Unit, Los Angeles, CA
  • Dr. Angus Dalgleish — Professor and Consultant Medical Oncologist, St. George’s University of London, England/St George’s Hospital NHS Trust, Foundation Chair in Oncology at St. George’s University of London, Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians of the UK and Australia, Royal College of Pathologists and The Academy of Medical Scientists, member of the European Commission Cancer Board.
