On April 18th, the fifth annual Crack A Smile Comedy Show will benefit the Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada (CCAC).

Hosted by Patrick McKenna, Crack A Smile this year includes a special tribute to comedian Neil Crone, a colorectal cancer survivor, for his tireless efforts to raise awareness of the disease. Other performances will include The Ground Crew, Winston Spear, Craig Lauzon, Aurora Browne and Mark Selby, Hayley & Dad, and Jean Paul.

Founded in 1998, the Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada (CCAC) is dedicated to increasing awareness of colorectal cancer, supporting patients, and advocating for population-based screening and timely access to effective treatments.
In 2008, 21,500 Canadians will be diagnosed with colorectal cancer and 8,900 will die from it.
