We’re at the time of year when we are thankful for all that we have and all that we are. What do we do now? Consider giving back or paying forward. Whatever you are looking to do, Fight CRC is here to help, and we have an easy-to-use fundraising platform

Involving your family and friends is a great start! Nothing says friendly competition like engaging siblings or friends in your fundraising efforts.

Sign up for an account. Supply:

  • Your first name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Then pick a password (We know. That’s always the most difficult part. Try to pick something you’ll remember, something not too easy, not too hard. Just right. Don’t worry if you forget, we’re here to help you out.)

Next:

  • You’ll upload an image. Extra points for a strong-arm selfie. Extra, extra points for posting it on social media and tagging #StrongArmSelfie because we get a dollar for every #strongarmselfie posted.
  • Choose a fundraising goal. Aim high. In the words of Wayne Gretzky, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
  • Enter page title.
  • Enter your appeal story. What’s your “Why?” Let people know how they can help you reach your goal.

Your page is created!

Share it through social media with your friends, family, and network.

Remember: You don’t have to limit yourself to Giving Tuesday. Birthdays are a great time to set up a fundraiser. Embarrassed to celebrate yourself? Then celebrate someone else: the memory of a loved one or honor someone. There are so many people and things to celebrate!

Don’t forget to make it fun: If you enjoy the great outdoors, set up a 5K, bike ride, walk, axe throwing competition.

The opportunities are limitless, and you can create memories, fun, good will, and raise money along the way.

Ask your family and friends to support you by making a donation in your name!
