Landscape of COVID-19 vaccine uptake in the colorectal cancer community: Responding to community needs.

“People with cancer face unique challenges since the pandemic, including treatment disruptions. Understanding patient needs and how to respond to ensure patients receive the most credible information to make informed decisions is critical.”

Survivorship Care Planning

Patients and caregivers should receive a personalized treatment summary, detailing ongoing care, called a survivorship care plan. This includes survivors who’ve completed active treatment and those on maintainence therapy.

Many survivors don’t automatically receive this resource, so we’ve created a one-stop shop for you. We’re also hosting interactive discussions in July and August to answer questions about specific topics related to survivorship. Space is limited to 20 per session, so register soon. Get ready to dive in, connect with others, and receive personalized support!
