Research Updates Biobank Research Breakthrough In 2019, Fight CRC partnered with the Colon Cancer Coalition to fund Dr. Lisa Boardman and her team at the Mayo University to create a biobank that aims to understand the genetic, microbial, and telomere related differences in colorectal cancer that develops in young adults compared to colon and rectal cancers that develop at later ages.
