Preside varios comit\u00e9s nacionales<br\/>y colaboraciones internacionales, y ejerce como presidente e investigador principal del ensayo \u00abThe Janus Rectal Cancer<br\/>\u00bb, un ensayo de fase II\/III financiado por el NCI que investiga el tratamiento no quir\u00fargico y la supervivencia libre de enfermedad en<br\/>pacientes con c\u00e1ncer de recto a trav\u00e9s de la Alianza para Ensayos Cl\u00ednicos en Oncolog\u00eda, SWOG y NRG Oncology<br\/>(NCT05610163).
