Durante cuatro d\u00e9cadas, la doctrina Chevron ha garantizado que las leyes aprobadas por el Congreso que afectan al acceso a la atenci\u00f3n sanitaria y a las pruebas de detecci\u00f3n fueran interpretadas y aplicadas por expertos de las agencias federales. La anulaci\u00f3n de la \u00abdeferencia Chevron\u00bb significa que muchas decisiones relacionadas con la aplicaci\u00f3n de leyes sanitarias complejas que afectan a los pacientes con c\u00e1ncer colorrectal, a los supervivientes, a los cuidadores y a sus equipos de atenci\u00f3n podr\u00edan recaer en los tribunales en lugar de en los expertos m\u00e9dicos y cient\u00edficos.  <\/p>\n<p>Esta sentencia del Tribunal Supremo suscita una gran preocupaci\u00f3n sobre el acceso continuado a la atenci\u00f3n y las pruebas de detecci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer colorrectal que ofrecen los programas federales supervisados por organismos como los Centros de Servicios de Medicare y Medicaid (CMS), los Centros para el Control y la Prevenci\u00f3n de Enfermedades (CDC) y la Administraci\u00f3n de Alimentos y Medicamentos (FDA).
