Anjee Davis, presidenta de la organizaci\u00f3n nacional de defensa \u00abFight Colorectal Cancer\u00bb (Fight CRC), ser\u00e1 una de las ponentes y participar\u00e1 en este evento. Esta reuni\u00f3n se suma a otra celebrada en julio de 2022 en la Casa Blanca, cuando Fight CRC reuni\u00f3 a un grupo diverso de partes interesadas para debatir su objetivo com\u00fan: aumentar las pruebas de detecci\u00f3n y, en \u00faltima instancia, reducir las muertes por c\u00e1ncer colorrectal.  <\/p>\n<p>Como parte de la iniciativa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2023\/02\/02\/fact-sheet-on-one-year-anniversary-of-reignited-cancer-moonshot-biden-harris-administration-announces-new-actions-to-end-cancer-as-we-know-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00abCancer Moonshot\u00bb, que se ha reactivado<\/a>, la primera dama Jill Biden ha anunciado un llamamiento a la acci\u00f3n sobre las pruebas de detecci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer para impulsar el progreso en las casi 10 millones de pruebas de detecci\u00f3n que no se realizaron en Estados Unidos a causa de la pandemia. Los activistas tambi\u00e9n se reunir\u00e1n con sus diputados en el Congreso para pedirles que destinen m\u00e1s fondos a la investigaci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer colorrectal.  <\/p>\n<p>En menos de un a\u00f1o, Fight CRC ha logrado avances significativos en sus iniciativas de promoci\u00f3n, reuniendo y colaborando con l\u00edderes y partes interesadas para eliminar barreras y plantearse con valent\u00eda estrategias que mejoren el acceso a las pruebas de detecci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer colorrectal.
