\u57282025\u5e74ASCO\u5e74\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u591a\u9879\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e3a\u53d7\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\uff08CRC\uff09\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u5e0c\u671b\u3002\u4ece\u540c\u7c7b\u9996\u521b\u7597\u6cd5\u5230\u66f4\u667a\u80fd\u3001\u66f4\u5177\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u672a\u6765\u6b63\u5728\u5b9e\u65f6\u91cd\u5851\u3002  \n\n\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5173\u6ce8\u5230\u7684\u3001\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u3001\u6700\u5f15\u4eba\u6ce8\u76ee\u7684CRC\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6c47\u603b\u3002\n<h2>FOG-001\uff1a\u9488\u5bf9\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\uff08CRC\uff09\u4e2d\u201c\u4e0d\u53ef\u6210\u836f\u201d\u9776\u70b9<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li>\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u57fa\u7840\uff1a\u53d7\u8bd5\u8005\u62db\u52df\u3001I\/II\u671f\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/research\/participate\/clinical-trials-search\/v?id=NCI-2023-06767\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NCT05919264<\/a>\uff09<\/li>\n \t<li>\u6700\u65b0\u8fdb\u5c55\uff1a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/publications\/dictionaries\/cancer-drug\/def\/beta-catenin-inhibitor-fog-001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FOG-001<\/a>\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u540c\u7c7b\u9996\u521b\u7684\u76f4\u63a5 \u03b2-catenin \u6291\u5236\u5242\uff0c\u5176\u9776\u5411\u7684 Wnt\/\u03b2-catenin \u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u5bfc\u901a\u8def\u957f\u671f\u4ee5\u6765\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u65e0\u6cd5\u901a\u8fc7\u836f\u7269\u5e72\u9884\uff0c\u800c\u8be5\u901a\u8def\u6b63\u662f\u8bb8\u591a\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\uff08CRC\uff09\u75c5\u4f8b\u4e2d\u9a71\u52a8\u80bf\u7624\u751f\u957f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/li>\n rel=\"noopener\">DSP107<\/a>\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u53cc\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u878d\u5408\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u5176\u9776\u70b9\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684 CD47 \u548c\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684 41BB\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bc6\u522b\u5e76\u653b\u51fb\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/li>\n
