<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u6279\u51c6\u4e86\u8be5\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u8be5\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u5f88\u5feb\u5c06\u9762\u5411\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u63a8\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>23andMe\u4f1a\u68c0\u6d4b\u54ea\u4e9b\u57fa\u56e0\u53d8\u5f02\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>23andMe \u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u65e8\u5728\u68c0\u6d4b\u4f4d\u4e8e MUTYH \u57fa\u56e0\u4e2d\u7684\u4e24\u79cd\u7279\u5b9a\u57fa\u56e0\u53d8\u5f02\u3002\u5728\u897f\u6b27\u8840\u7edf\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\uff0c\u7ea6\u6709 1% \u81f3 2% \u7684\u4eba\u643a\u5e26\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd MUTYH \u57fa\u56e0\u53d8\u5f02\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u7236\u6bcd\u53cc\u65b9\u5404\u7ee7\u627f\u4e00\u4e2aMUTYH\u57fa\u56e0\u53d8\u5f02\u7684\u4e2a\u4f53\uff0c\u4f1a\u60a3\u4e0a\u4e00\u79cd\u79f0\u4e3aMUTYH\u76f8\u5173\u606f\u8089\u75c7\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/diseases\/17254-mutyh-associated-polyposis-map\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MAP<\/a>\uff09\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u8be5\u75be\u75c5\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u60a3\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u606f\u8089\u548c\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>MAP\u4f34\u53d1\u7684\u606f\u8089\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a\u817a\u7624\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u589e\u751f\u6027\u606f\u8089\u548c\u65e0\u8482\u952f\u9f7f\u72b6\u606f\u8089\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u606f\u8089\u5728\u7b5b\u67e5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u96be\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\u3002\u606f\u8089\u6570\u91cf\u53ef\u80fd\u8fbe\u6570\u5341\u3001\u6570\u767e\u751a\u81f3\u6570\u5343\u4e2a\uff0c\u4f46\u90e8\u5206MAP\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u606f\u8089\u6570\u91cf\u5e76\u4e0d\u663e\u8457\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u5c55\u4e3a\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\u3002 <\/p>\n<h2>\u4f7f\u752823andMe\u8fdb\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u98ce\u9669<\/h2>\n<p>23andMe \u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u68c0\u6d4b\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4eba\u5bf9\u5176\u603b\u4f53<a href=\"https:\/\/fightcolorectalcancer.org\/facts\/risk-factors\/\">\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\u98ce\u9669<\/a>\u4ea7\u751f\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u8ba4\u77e5\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8be5\u68c0\u6d4b\u4ec5\u65e8\u5728\u68c0\u6d4b MUTYH \u57fa\u56e0\u4e2d\u7684\u4e24\u79cd\u7279\u5b9a\u7a81\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u4e0e\u6797\u5947\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\uff08\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u6027\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\u7c7b\u578b\uff09\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\uff08CRC\uff09\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u3002\u6797\u5947\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u662f\u7531\u9519\u914d\u4fee\u590d\u57fa\u56e0\uff08\u5305\u62ecMSH2\u3001MSH6\u3001MLH1\u548cPMS2\uff09\u7684\u7a81\u53d8\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>EPCAM\u57fa\u56e0\u672b\u7aef\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u4f1a\u201c\u5173\u95ed\u201dMSH2\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5e76\u5bfc\u81f4\u6797\u5947\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6211\u5e94\u8be5\u505a23andMe\u57fa\u56e0\u68c0\u6d4b\u5417\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u60a8\u6025\u7740\u53bb\u8ba2\u8d2d\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8bf7\u5148\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\u8003\u8651\u4e00\u4e0b\uff1a\u9057\u4f20\u6027\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\u4ec5\u5360\u6240\u6709\u75c5\u4f8b\u76845%\u81f310%\u5de6\u53f3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><em>\u8fd9\u9879\u68c0\u6d4b\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u8bef\u5bfc\u3002MUTYH\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u53d8\u5728\u666e\u901a\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u975e\u5e38\u5e38\u89c1\uff08\u6bcf50\u4eba\u4e2d\u5c31\u67091\u4eba\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u62c5\u5fc3\u90a3\u4e9b\u88ab\u68c0\u6d4b\u51fa\u643a\u5e26\u4e00\u4e2aMUTYH\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u53d8\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9519\u8bef\u5730\u8ba4\u4e3a\u81ea\u5df1\u60a3\u6709\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u606f\u8089\u6216\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5e76\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002 \u6211\u8fd8\u62c5\u5fc3\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\u4ec5\u643a\u5e26\u4e00\u4e2a\u6216\u672a\u643a\u5e26MUTYH\u7a81\u53d8\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u53ef\u80fd\u60a3\u6709MUTYH\u76f8\u5173\u606f\u8089\u75c7\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3aMUTYH\u57fa\u56e0\u4e2d\u8fd8\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u7a81\u53d8\u5e76\u672a\u5305\u542b\u572823andMe\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u60a8\u6307\u51fa\u7684\uff0c
