In this issue of Beyond Blue, we unpack the big topic of stigma. Featuring voices and stories from survivors and caregivers, we talk about how to define and identify stigma and tips for facing it each day. Looking at the research, we see how stigma is measured and what can happen if it’s not addressed. We also delve into often stigmatized topics and offer support and advice, from getting mental health services to seeking out pelvic floor therapy, lobbying Congress, and going on disability.
