Rectal - Stage II |

Age at Diagnosis: 51

I thought I had hemorrhoids because I was bleeding a lot. I went to the ER, and the hospital did a colonoscopy and CT scan. That is when they found stage II rectal cancer. I went through chemo, radiation, and surgery, and then more chemo afterwards. This is the short version of my story.

Do it do not be afraid to get a colonoscopy. It is better to be safe than sorry.
