Family & Friends Stage IV Colon Cancer Pennsylvania
Back to Champion Stories

Story: On November 9, 2018, 11:40 a.m., I got a call, “Hi mom, they found a mass.” Our lives have been in a tailspin ever since. My 29-year-old son, Jordan, was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. He was recently married and a first time father to a 4-month-old baby boy. Two years later, Jordan is still in this battle. The cancer has spread and not responding to chemo. Now Jordan is starting a clinical trial.

Advice: BREATHE even when the breath has been sucked out of you. Don’t lose HOPE even when hope is trying to flee away from you. Be relentless! Arm yourself with knowledge, but not too much. Share your experience and get the message out there about this disease.
