Age at Diagnosis:

I was diagnosed with stage 2 colorectal cancer in May 2020. In 2019, I began to experience unexplained weight loss and consistent blood in my stool. I dismissed it for months and blamed it on stress from my job and poor eating habits. In April 2020, I scheduled a colonoscopy. Afterward, I was told that a large mass was found and it was in fact cancer. It was removed in June, and I started chemo in July. My nurses and doctor have been great in keeping me positive.
