Evergreen co-invests alongside and works closely with a number of well-respected private equity firms, where Dom has served as a Senior Advisor, Member of the Management Advisory Board, and Vice Chairman – Industrials.
Prior to forming Evergreen, Dom served as a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee of Questor Partner Fund. He previously held senior operating, finance, and M&A leadership roles at Textron Inc., TRW Inc., Wickes Corp., and Gulf+Western Industries, and began his career at Emerson Electric Company Inc.
Dom has served on more than 30 boards, including local government entities, private equity-owned companies, joint ventures, and public companies.
Dom’s commitment to Fight Colorectal Cancer is deeply personal. His wife, Cindy, is a colorectal cancer survivor who was diagnosed early at stage I and fully recovered following surgery—a powerful testament to the life-saving impact of early screening. Dom is dedicated to helping ensure others have access to the same opportunity for early detection and positive outcomes, and to advancing Fight CRC’s mission.
