Ambassador Program

Who Are Our Ambassadors?

Fight Colorectal Cancer Ambassadors are people who have been personally impacted by colorectal cancer. They may be patients, survivors, caregivers, loved ones, or medical professionals. What unites them is a commitment to turning their experience into action and helping others.

For more than 10 years, Fight Colorectal Cancer Ambassadors have used their voices to raise awareness, support the community, and push for meaningful change.

Now, Fight Colorectal Cancer is building its next class of Ambassadors. If colorectal cancer has shaped your life, your voice has power. As a Fight Colorectal Cancer Ambassador, you can help others feel less alone, raise awareness about prevention and early detection, and drive change that saves lives.

Applications are now closed for the 2027 Ambassador class. Applications will reopen in Spring of 2027!

What Do Ambassadors Do?

Throughout their one-year term (July–June), Ambassadors:

  • Advocate for Change: Engage with policymakers, participate in Call-on Congress, and support legislative efforts to improve screening, research, and access to care.
  • Raise Awareness: Share their stories, amplify Fight CRC campaigns, and promote early detection and prevention efforts.
  • Support the Community: Connect with newly diagnosed patients, foster meaningful conversations, and serve as leaders in Fight CRC’s virtual and in-person initiatives.
  • Take Action Locally: Organize awareness events, host fundraisers, and collaborate with community organizations to spread the message.
