There is no voice more salient than that of someone whose life - or the lives of those around them - has been touched by colorectal cancer. No experience is unique, but there is a shared understanding: timely screening and early detection could have given "More Time". It is that tangible reality - not a measure of chance, but of probability - that drives my advocacy for policies and change that will provide "More Time" for those I know and countless more I may never meet.
