Dr. Keith Winfrey is the Chief Medical Officer for the New Orleans East Louisiana Community Health Center (NOELA CHC) and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed a dual residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine at the Tulane University School of Medicine and attained a Master’s Degree in Health System Management from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
