Kate Ueland is registered dietitian, with a specialization in oncology nutrition, primarily consulting with breast cancer patients throughout treatment and survivorship at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance in Seattle, WA. She is also an assistant professor at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA where she also serves as the Director of the Master of Nutrition – Didactic Program in Dietetics.
