Dominick Schiano is President and Co-Founding Partner at Evergreen Capital Partners LLC. Evergreen co-invests and has been engaged with a number of well respected Private Equity firms where he has served as a Senior Advisor, Member of the Management Advisory Board and Vice Chairman – Industrials.

Prior to forming Evergreen, Dom served as a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee of Questor Partner Fund. Previously held various senior operating, finance and M&A roles at Textron Inc., TRW Inc., Wickes Corp., and Gulf+Western Industries. He began his career at Emerson Electric Company Inc.

Dom has served on over 30 local government, private equity owned, joint venture and public company boards.

Dom’s wife Cindy is a CRC survivor. Fortunately, she was diagnosed early at stage 1 and after surgery she has fully recovered…a testament to early screening. Dom would like to do what he can to ensure others can have this type of outcome and help advance the mission of Fight CRC.
