Gerry and I met in Chemo back in 2021 and we instantly became friends. You tend to take life for granted thinking we will live forever, and I didn’t realize at the time how short our friendship would be. February 2022 he passed! He left behind an amazing family that I have become close with and am able to talk to and share stories with! I am lucky to have them through this, but we miss him immensely! I will be forever thankful for Gerry not only for his friendship, but also he support his family gives! I look forward to one day seeing you again (in many many, many years from now, I am not done here on earth), giving you a giant hug and just chatting like we did in chemo!
