Dr-Michael-KrychmanAs a leader in the field of sexual medicine, Dr. Krychman has written many articles spanning topics from “female Viagra” to cholesterol’s effects on your sex life. His training as a clinical sexual counselor has allowed him to effectively help individuals and couples move through issues surrounding sexuality and intimacy. Many of his patients face challenges associated with physical or mental health – and many face cancer: as either a patient, survivor, or co-survivor.

In addition to his training as a clinical sexual counselor and member of AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists), Dr. Krychman is also a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, holds a Masters in Public Health and Human Sexuality, and a degree in Erotology, Sexual Education, and Forensic Sexology. He is the executive director of The Southern California Center for Sexual Health and Survivorship in Newport Beach, CA and has been featured on Oprah Radio, USA Today, the New York Times, and the Today Show, among others. Dr. Krychman has published 6 books and is a vital expert in the field due to his unique, holistic approach to medicine which incorporates counseling, nutrition, lifestyle and medication to enhance sexuality and intimacy.
