Family & Friends Stage IV Colon Cancer Florida
Back to Champion Stories

Story: "My kids lost their father, and I lost my husband, to colon cancer in March. He was 51 and active duty military. It was devastating for us to watch someone we love go through this. He was in remission at one point, and it came back. He was with a great doctor at the beginning and then a doctor that didn't care. He was treated at what was supposed to be the best hospital, but for us it wasn't."

Advice: "Seek several doctors opinions."
